A juicy slab of pork back ribs. To ensure the highest quality possible, we source our ribs from Spain making it meaty and tender. Cooked in the oven and then smothered in barbecue sauce. Best paired with fresh crabs and shrimps.
MEDIUM – Platter contains 1 kilo of ribs, 1 kilo of crabs (male 2-3 pcs; female 2 pcs), 600g of shrimps and a corn cob. Good for 10-12 pax.
LARGE – Platter contains 1 kilo of ribs, 2 kilos of crabs (male 4-6 pcs; female 4 pcs), 600g of shrimps and a corn cob. Good for 12-15 pax.
